Materials

  • 1 Block of Floral Foam
  • Teacup
  • 1 Bouquet

Step 1

Cut foam in half and soak in water for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Place floral foam in teacup so that about ½ inch is sticking out.

Step 3

Cut leaf inserts at the stem so that you have about 3-4 inserts. All you should have left over of the ruscus is the stem.

Step p4

Insert each leaf cutting around the floral foam.

Step 5

Insert your largest flower into the floral foam, cutting the stem about 1 inch from the base of of the flower head.

Step 6

Insert your second largest flowers into the floral foam (carnations in our case).

Step 7

Continue inserting the rest of the flowers. The last inserts should be the pompons. Insert about 4-5 of these so that they accent the arrangement rather than overpower it.

Step 8

To complete your tea party, you can put any extra flowers or additional consumer bunches into cupcake cups for decoration. Enjoy!
