Step 1

Collect a variety of short and tall glass containers. Mason jars, apothecary glass bottles, ketchup bottles, old vinegar bottles are all great examples of glass containers you can use.

Step 2

The key to a tablescape is balance—You want to create different heights and shapes in an even distribution. Line up your glass containers so that they are staggered between short and tall containers.

Step 3

Clean the stems of the flowers and lay them out in front of you.

Step 4

Stagger the flowers so that the linear texture flowers are in the tallest vases, the middle flowers are in the mid height vases. The focals, roses, and carns should go in the short containers.   The goal is  to create balance with the flowers.
